Maggie Donn
Maggie is a registered practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in good standing with the CCHPBC. She brings a modern and heartfelt approach to ancient wisdom, drawing from a diverse background that includes massage therapy, Western herbal medicine, Chinese philosophy, astrology, art and music. A graduate of Pacific Rim College, her journey into TCM was inspired by a lifelong fascination with the interconnectedness of people and nature.
Raised in a family of TCM doctors and shaped by experiences across urban Hong Kong, rural Australia, and Canada, Maggie has a deep understanding of how our surroundings influence health. In the TCM tradition, the body is a microcosm of the natural world, where 天 地 人 (Heaven, Earth, and Humanity) form a single, interconnected whole. True health arises when the body’s inner environment is in harmony with the world around it. It is a felt sense of belonging—of being in the right place, with the right body, and the right mind. Maggie’s practice is devoted to nurturing this inner landscape - keeping the soil fertile and the waters flowing - so the body’s innate rhythm can be restored. With this balance, vitality flourishes, the mind finds its ground, and joy naturally flows back into daily life.
Maggie offers compassionate and tailored care for a wide range of conditions, including pain management, digestive health, sleep and stress concerns, and menstrual and fertility support, injury recovery (acute or chronic), chronic illness, and preventative medicine. Her treatments may include acupuncture, Gua Sha, fire cupping, moxibustion, Tui Na, auriculotherapy, and Chinese herbal medicine.
